The design of the Stainless Steel Grill Grid allows you to cook directly on the grid while juices and fat drain away from the coals or gas ring. This is the perfect accessory for smoking food on the COBB , as the holes allow ample smoke to permeate through ( need to be paired with the Fenced Roast Rack accessory for smoking ).
