2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY:
If product inspection confirms that the COBB product is defective in material or workmanship, then COBB will provide free replacement of parts or exchange for a new grill. Customer needs to send COBB Grill Aus clear photos of the damage and serial number of the product to claim warranty. Â

THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF:
- The product is explicitly or implicitly modified, tampered with, altered or repaired in any way by persons other than authorised representatives of COBB.
- The product has been damaged through misuse, negligence, accident or natural calamities.
- The product has not been cleaned after each use.
Returns Policy:Â
COBB Grill Aus is not liable for covering return costs for customers who have ordered the wrong product or have changed their mind about a product purchase. If the product is unused, packaging not opened or damaged, and is in full resell-able condition, then we can accept a return of the product. A refund will be sent once the product has been received and inspection has confirmed product is in full resell-able condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and will incur a 15% handling and restocking fee.Â
